Social bookmarking would be if you are a member of Facebook or Twitter or some such site. Then for me it is easy. I use wordpress for everything, so I have a plugin that automatically sends my blog post title and link to my twitter account. You can also include a link too your blog post on your facebook account. I don't use facebook as much for business, so I haven't looked for any way to automatically do that yet. Glad you found this post useful Jessica.
