I had an exchange student for a few weeks my sophomore year in high school and it was wonderful. She and I hit it off like sisters immediately. She even came to visit for over a month when I was pregnant with my second child. Hubby got along with her just as well.

Ever since meeting her I’ve wanted to jump on a plane and head over to Australia and enjoying all the country has to offer. I’d stay in some incredible Gold Coast hotels and resorts. I want to runaway to the outback and then right back to the beach resorts. But most of all I want to be in the sunshine.

Taking a drive out to the outback would be a wonderful getaway. I don’t know why and African safari has never appealed to me but and Australian safari is something I’d love to do. I guess I’d have to analyze it more and is it really worth analyzing? Or just take off and enjoy it someday and who cares?

I’ve heard so many things about the towns in Australia and there are just so many towns that I would like to hit. Like Sydney or Melbourne. I guess I will need to visit over there for a few months in order to get it all done. lol
