Here I am again, working around a snow day.  When it dawned on me to be very grateful.  This is exactly why I am in love with being self-employed.  Yes, I do work outside the home.  But I set those appointments myself and luckily 2 of the 3 scheduled for today have already rescheduled.  I just need to get ahold of the last kid cause it’s really not worth being on these roads.

Free appointments are how I get my paid clients, so they are very important.  But it’s much more important to not be on the icy roads when people are sliding towards me.  lol  So instead of grumbling as much as I want to, lol, I am working really hard on remembering that this is why I do what I do.

I’m BBQing hamburgers for all the kids in the house.  I know that they are all safe playing video games and I don’t have to worry about finding a sitter for them.  Yes, I did say I’m BBQing.  We grill all during the year.  Even when it is only 26 outside.
