HireMyMom looks good, I had seen another one yesterday, I think it was called shelancers or something like that. Biggest problem with VA jobs is it’s not possible to have good ‘fixed’ office hours unless client is supportive.

Shelancers is a great spot and I get a lot of business from there ;)

So why is it you think that VA jobs can’t have fixed incomes? Do you mean from a client standpoint or a VA standpoint?

I know many VA’s with set hours. They lay them out for contact. M-F and what their hours are. My clients know my best days to get ahold of me quickly and they also know their project dates will be met. I have semi-set hours. But that said, i am not available 24/7 for my clients because that causes bad biz relationships. I charge for time spent on the phone, if coaching sessions get too long on IM, then they know they will be charged as well.
