It’s past time to be working on these. By now you should be going over your goals for 2008 and seeing what you have accomplished for the year and what you need to add or re-evaluate for 2009.
Pay close attention to the items that worked well and didn’t work. If it is something that didn’t work, but still has to be completed, brainstorm other ways to accomplish it.
Write out your generic goals for the year with a lot of space between. Then be more specific about each goal. On another sheet, work out each step on how you will accomplish it, be very specific.
We’ll be holding some goals classes and workshops at WAHM chats. I’d love feedback on what you need the most help with on your goals so I can make the class even better. I’ll hold a drawing for some free classes to those that comment their ideas.
These will be business only classes for goals. No need to send me any personal or fitness goal issues. We aren’t looking for the best fat burner in these classes.
