May 23rd, 2008 | By Val | Category: My WAHM Space, Networking

Social networking through MyWAHMSpace is huge. Once users register for a free account, they are given a MyWAHMSpace page where they can post business and personal information. They can upload photographs and are also given access to a blog. Users have the option of joining MyWAHMSpace Groups, and they can also connect with other MyWAHMSpace users and become “friends.” MyWAHMSpace has a unique messaging system that allows users to send mail back and forth, and MyWAHMSpace friends are allowed to post comments on each other’s pages.

This post is going to get long and it’s going to name names. So grab a coffee, or possibly something stronger, if it makes you as angry as it does me, you will need a good martini. lol Because today I want to discuss ethics and how to royally tick off the internet world and get yourself shut down completely. Are you wondering what in the world squidoo is? Well don’t feel alone. Here I will explain a little about just what the site is and can do for you.

In late 2005, a website named “Squidoo” launched. Squidoo is a way for people to share information with others. Users can create a page, also known as a lens. Each lens has its own topic. A user can create a lens about gardening and another lens about cooking. Maybe hit one on the history of bustiers or whatever topic they choose.

Vacation or Convention?

I love going to conventions. Back when I was in only direct sales it was much easier to go. The big convention would be once a year and there would be smaller training conventions that were local. I’d always turn these into a slight vacation by having the family meet me after if it was close enough. Oof course you need to be careful about that as you can not write off any of the trip that was not business related, but the expensive part was getting there usually.
