income-cpr-2

Well I said I was going to open the first lesson from the Income CPR and I stuck to it. I turned the tv off, hit some mellow tunes and got to work. I read every word.
For some this may not be a big deal, but sadly, I have a horrible habit of skimming. It’s something I really need to break and this lesson started it off. Short, to the point, and a bulleted list of homework to get started on right away. It worked, I did.
I’ll be …

Business Coaching

Yes, it’s tax season and this means we all have the best account of what we are doing with our businesses. Everything is broken down to what we are spending, saving and what programs are working.
One area I’ve been seriously lacking in the last two years is furthering my education. I’ve been ignoring it by using the “I don’t have time” excuse. Not pushing my businesses to the next level is a big waste of time and that goes against everything I believe in. I don’t …

Blogging Skills

Some of you started blogging hoping to make a business out of it, while others just kind of had a blog start growing out of control with no direction.  I know I’ve done a little of both and it was a lot more work to figure out AFTER it was started.
There are thousands of mom bloggers already online. Many of them are making money, and most of them are trying to make money. Do you have what it takes to be a profitable mom blogger? I believe that any mom …

Email Management Tips

I’m well aware of how much time I can waste on facebook but there are moments like last night that I’m reminded just how helpful it can be. It only takes a single status for something to click. Hence…this post.
A few weeks ago I had both my email inboxes well under 10 each. I can’t remember how low they both got, but it was probably 5 or under. It was AWESOME! I have two gmail accounts and I forward all my emails to these accounts. …

Deals for the Week

My first sites were and still are scrapbooking. I’ve narrowed it down to 2 active sites and one that needs a new owner to love it.
Getting Crissy’s email about plr rights to her incredible workshop, was exactly what I wanted to hear and what could help bring an extra spark back into one of my sites. She’s sold this previously as a how to get your craft biz online workshop, but has reworked it so it will fit all businesses. It is a highly marketable …

Hot Seminar Series-WORDPRESS!

Well unless you completely ignore everything I write, you know I absolutely love wordpress. I converted the last of my websites to WP about 2 years ago and it is all I personally work in now. The majority of my clients also use it or their first project for me is typically converting to wordpress. As with any medium it’s impossible for me to know everything. So I’m really looking forward to the Hot Seminar Series this year. It’s all about wordpress!
Just a few of the …

WAHM Value: Knowledge or Freeloading?

I’ve talked about the fine line I have a problem negotiating between free information and info I should be charging for. Chrissy just said it’s a spot she has an issue with on her Drawing the Line on Helping vs. Giving it All Away.
It’s not easy because of the free info I was given way back when internet marketing began. We were all learning together. Unfortunately, my attention was in a different direction, but I did pay attention. lmbo I am using the information I …
