I find that I do my best thinking while I’m moving. In order to make the best of this situation I prefer to jump on some cardio exercise equipment. It gets the blood flowing and the monotony of the movement makes it so I don’t have to concentrate on anything except my brainstorm session.
Of course, this can be difficult if I get many ideas flowing too quickly, since it can be hard to write. But I can always slow or stop for a minute while I jot it all down.
Multi-tasking is a big part of my life. I’m sure there aren’t many Mom’s out there that don’t feel that way. I like to do things that can help me accomplish more in the same amount of time. So if I can brainstorm ways to fix an issue or article ideas while benefiting my health, I’m all over it. lol
