I know I have a lot of readers on here and I’d love to get some answers. I do not want to go with ebay, but they are the best option for traffic of course. I’ve tried to research but that just brings up so many garbage sites with no auctions on them that people have started and never followed through with.
If you have a place you like to use for auctions besides ebay, please post to me. I’ve been told I need to just start my own, but I know it will take a good amount of marketing to get the traffic that brings good sales to the buyers. We’ll see, it may happen.

Kelly is at it again. I swear she just goes through my sites and then creates products that I must have. This time she has nailed it though. It is all about hitting your local market with blog design. Like me Kelly loves Wordpress! So this coaching will all be designed around using WP.
Now my partner and I already have Easy WAHM Websites with site design, but I would love to step into the local market.
It does honestly bother me to go to local sites and see how bad they look or even worse, major stores or service shops don’t have a site at all.

What does your office space say about you? Is it somewhere you like to work or is it full of piles of work you need to get done and just basically a mess?
Make your space about you. Set it up with fresh or silk flowers depending on your allergies and put pictures out to remind you of why you work from home every second.
Create a pleasant environment that doesn’t make you tense to sit down and get to work. Also creating a goal or wish board is motivating. Pictures of furniture you want to buy, the school you hope to send the kids, the vacation you want to take. These are great ways to help you get to your goals with your sanity.

I can work on controlling how much money I am losing when I go on vacation. But being able to calculate when my clients go on sale is another thing. Between all of our schedules that is why the summer is economically difficult for me offline.
I have one client that just got back from Outer Banks and we are supposed to be signing up for more sessions here soon. Boy I hope so! I need every one I can get for the next 2 months.

Again, I’m excited to go on vacation considering how much work I can take with me now. Last year when I took vacation I was mostly working offline and I didn’t make enough money to pay my bills. But boy did we have fun!
It’s only a few weeks until we leave and I still haven’t gotten our passports. I’ve heard that at this time they aren’t required YET. But they will be soon and I may as well go and get them as soon as I can. The wait isn’t as long as projected. My brother got his and my nephews in about 2 weeks.

I’m so tired of cleaning my desk, office space and extra bedroom and finding extra CAT5e cables everywhere. My internet wasn’t working that great for the first few months of the year and when the tech got here they said our dsl modem was ancient for one thing. lol No surprise to me, why would anyone tell me that before I have problems?

I don’t know about you, but my computer and internet cables are a mess. Especially now that I am on my laptop and not on the PC often. I don’t tend to see my desk because the kids are at it.
But we all need to pay attention and crawl down with all our electronics and vacuum them. The dust getting into the modem, computer and then sticking to all the HDMI cables is nasty and so bad for the computer.
Extend the life of your electronics and vacuum often. While you are at it, back up your data and purchase some cable organizers so they are less likely to attract the dust bunnies.
