We all have our reasons for working from home. For some it may be for that extra income without having to go find a 1st or 2nd job outside the house. For others it is because they have an illness that keeps them from working regular hours outside the home. There are many illnesses such as fibromyalgia that make it difficult to keep regular hours. Not knowing if you will be able to get up in the morning and drive to work is a scary thing. But when you work from home, then you know you can put in at least a few hours of work, even if it is from your bed.

Are you wondering what in the world squidoo is? Well don’t feel alone. Here I will explain a little about just what the site is and can do for you.
In late 2005, a website named “Squidoo” launched. Squidoo is a way for people to share information with others. Users can create a page, also known as a lens. Each lens has its own topic. A user can create a lens about gardening and another lens about cooking. Maybe hit one on the history of bustiers or whatever topic they choose.

There is a common misconception among some internet marketers that the most popularly used search terms make the best keywords for advertisers. While it is true that more searches mean more potential traffic is out there, it doesn’t factor in the competition. Selecting the best keywords for an advertiser’s business is by far a more effective choice.
The Google Adwords help center suggests avoiding very broad or general words. This could result in many impressions, but not many click thrus. An advertiser that offers lighting items, for example, would gain many impressions with the keyword “chandeliers”. However, the term “chandeliers” could relate to anything of a certain size or style, none of which makes a very useful market. Better to focus the keyword to reflect the nature of the offering more closely: glass chandeliers.

It’s time for vacation. I am trying to figure out how to work this, but I need the time away with hubby and no responsibilities. I need to get away with no laptop, even though it will be very difficult. Not checking emails for days will be hard to cope with. BUT, it is necessary. My life right now is all about work. This is not a healthy option and something I need to step away from.

One of the best things about working from home is not having to call in sick. Now this is of course good and bad as all things are. I started this week off super tired and queazy and not wanting to spread any germs on to my clients or anyone else at the gym. I think the worst part my coffee makers down for 3 days because I was worried about keeping it down. With how tired I was, this was the worst possible option. This also means that I am now 2 days behind in workouts with my clients. Meaning that is two days of appointments longer that I will have to wait for them buy more sessions. That may not seem like a lot, but I have it calculated out how much per day I need to work to make my bills.

Getting out of debt is a goal that many Americans would like to achieve. But, like many New Year’s resolutions, this goal is often abandoned shortly after the goal is set. Why is that?
One reason is that getting out of debt often takes a long time, so there are no immediate rewards for paying off debt. It’s also difficult not to make those extra purchases you want. No extra for plasma tv’s or Technomarine watch’s. This leads to a lack of motivation to meet this goal. After all, it’s hard to keep with a debt management plan when you may not see the benefits for several years.
